Over this two day hands on intensive, we will gather to discuss design and mechanics of large floral installations for weddings, events, and artist installs. As a group, we will then construct our own bloom-filled ceremony arbor, imaginative suspended installation, naturalized growing installation, and dramatic urn.

Our time will be spent immersed in creative conversations as I guide you through my techniques to choosing product that lends itself to natural installations, creating movement in your work, and color choices and placement within a large design.

As a red thread throughout this two day course, we will dive into mechanics and safety throughout each installation. You will go home with confidence, knowing how to apply these methods to your own future projects.

This is an intimate class with a limited number of students so that each participant has plenty of hands-on design time.

Floral supplies, and working refreshments, and lunch provided each day.

All student work will be styled and professionally photographed. Imagery is yours to use in your portfolio, proposals, and social media.
